You may be required to submit identity documents, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership at any time, particularly prior to processing your first withdrawal or if your account activity triggers a review. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is complete.

All financial transactions on pub702 are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). pub702 supports a range of Philippine payment methods including GCash, Maya, GrabPay, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, PESONet, 7-Eleven, Cebuana, Palawan Express, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. pub702 does not charge deposit fees for local e-wallet transactions; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.

By making a deposit, you confirm that the funds being deposited are from a legitimate source, that you are the legal owner of the payment method being used, and that the deposit does not violate any applicable laws or these Terms. pub702 reserves the right to refuse any deposit at its sole discretion.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Bank transfer withdrawals may take longer depending on the receiving institution.

Withdrawal requests may be declined if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or violation of these Terms. Any funds deposited in error must be reported to support immediately and may be subject to reversal.

pub702 operates exclusively in Philippine Peso. If your payment method processes in a different currency, the conversion is handled by your payment provider and pub702 bears no responsibility for any exchange rate differences or fees applied by third-party payment processors.

pub702 may from time to time offer bonuses, promotional credits, free bets, cashback offers, reload bonuses, referral bonuses, and other promotional incentives ("Promotions") to eligible players. All Promotions are subject to specific terms that will be communicated at the time the Promotion is offered. In all cases, the following general bonus terms apply:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements ("rollover requirements") before the bonus amount or any winnings derived from it can be withdrawn as cash. Specific rollover multiples will be stated in each Promotion's individual terms.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the pub702 Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming and entertainment purposes. This licence does not include any right to reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any content from the pub702 Platform without the prior written consent of pub702.

Any unauthorized use of pub702's intellectual property is a breach of these Terms and may constitute a violation of applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws, exposing you to civil and criminal liability.

In any event, pub702's total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising from or related to your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your pub702 account in the twelve (12) month period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

pub702 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other criminal conduct.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• A legal obligation or regulatory requirement to do so.

You may close your pub702 account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon voluntary account closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your preferred withdrawal method, subject to completion of KYC verification and standard processing timeframes.

If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within that period, either party may pursue formal legal remedies.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect. The failure of pub702 to enforce any right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
